All firearm purchases are final. JTS does not accept returns or exchanges for firearms under any circumstances.

  • Firearms are covered by warranty repair only, subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Customers must contact our support team for warranty service instructions.

Return Eligibility for Non-Firearm Products

Returns for non-firearm products may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Return products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must be pre-approved by JTS. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

  • To request return authorization, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approved returns will receive specific shipping instructions.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for inbound shipping  and If the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect, JTS will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the issue is due to customer misuse, accidental damage, or other non-warranty causes, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
